The Amalaki fruit, also called Amla, is a highly respected fruit in Ayurveda that should not be missing in any Indian household and is considered Rasayana. Amalaki has the ability to balance all three doshas. The Amalaki fruit powder is carefully manufactured and is of the highest raw food quality.
