Description

Organic Brahmi Powder

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is known by many names but grows just 15 centimetres tall.
It originally comes from India, Nepal and Vietnam.
The leaves have a rich dark green colour and are fleshy and round in shape.

Processing:

Small bunches are harvested, then dried and ground at low temperatures.

Tips:

The powder is ideal for preparing green smoothies and tea.
It can be stirred into any powder or food.

Preparation for tea:

Pour boiling water over 1 level teaspoon per cup and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
