Description
Organic Pitta Chai is a carefully composed blend of herbs and spices, compiled according to Ayurvedic principles. Its refreshing components* have been specially selected for the Pitta dosha type and are perfect for brewing a cooling drink in summer. According to Ayurveda, the right time for a cup of Pitta Chai is before important conversations, at lunchtime or in heated situations.
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over 1-2 tablespoons of Pitta Chai and leave to steep for 5-10 minutes. Pour the tea into a cup through a strainer and drink it warm.
