Bausinger Cork Ball

This cork ball can be used for the targeted treatment of fascia and connective tissue. Due its spherical shape, pressure can be precisely applied to the desired areas. The pressure is noticeably more intense and small muscle areas can be precisely targeted. Fascia rolls, on the other hand, cannot achieve this. The cork ball can also be used to treat the arch of the foot, the palm of the hand, the tendon attachments on the knee, as well as the shoulder and neck muscles. The treatment can be applied effectively both in a seated or standing posture.
