Description

The hemp seed flour is made from fresh peeled hemp seeds that are gently pressed, partially de-oiled and finely ground.

The flour is ideal for processing into bread, pastries and cakes. It is also a popular raw ingredient for cereals, smoothies, porridge and protein shakes.

Enjoy the nutty taste in salads and dressings or for setting sauces and soups.
The resealable, sustainable, organic packaging is ideal for storage and is 100% compostable.

Uses:

Add 1 tbsp of hempseed flour to 500 ml of liquid, such as a smoothie, protein shake or muesli and porridge.
Use as a gluten-free breading
Use for baking bread, pastries or cakes - when baking, replace a max of 10% conventional flour with hemp seed flour. If necessary, increase the amount of liquid in the recipe slightly until the dough has the desired consistency.

Note: There may be a max. 5% shells pieces in the flour.
