Bioenergie Organic Hemp Seed Flour, 250 g

The hemp seed flour is made from fresh peeled hemp seeds that are gently pressed, partially de-oiled and finely ground.

The flour is ideal for processing into bread, pastries and cakes. It is also a popular raw ingredient for cereals, smoothies, porridge and protein shakes.

Uses:

• Add 1 tbsp of hempseed flour to 500 ml of liquid, such as a smoothie, protein shake or muesli and porridge.
• Use as a gluten-free breading
• Use for baking bread, pastries or cakes - when baking, replace a max of 10% conventional flour with hemp seed flour. If necessary, increase the amount of liquid in the recipe slightly until the dough has the desired consistency.

Note: There may be a max. 5% shells pieces in the flour.
