Traditional Styrian pumpkin seed oil is a good alternative to animal fats and is an integral part of Styrian cuisine. Many salad variations and specialties are flavoured with pumpkin seed oil to enhance their taste.

The pumpkin seeds are are gently roasted and gently processed to guarantee the best quality and a nutty flavour.

Storage information:

• In order for the oil to last approx. 9 months, it needs to be stored protected from light and heat. The optimal storage temperature is around 15 ° C.
• If you store the oil in the refrigerator, give it a few minutes to come to room temperature before using it to allow its flavour to develop.
