About the birch sugar:

• The birch wood from which the birch sugar is made is chopped small and then mixed with water. The mixture is cleaned, filtered and crystallised. Corn, grains, raspberries and plums naturally contain birch sugar. Birch sugar is a sugar substitute (xylitol).

Recommended use:

• Add 1 heaping teaspoon per large cup, pour hot water over the mix, stir briefly and enjoy!
