Description
The root of the Ashwagandha plant - Whitania somnifera - is used in the Ayurvedic diet. It is gently produced (heated below 40°C), ground to a fine powder and mixed using traditional methods.
- The fruit used for the product comes from Cosmoveda's fair trade, organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.
Recommended use:
- Take 7 tablets between meals two times a day with warm water.
