Bitter substances are phytochemicals. The herbs, can be drunk as a tea but taste mostly unpleasant. One finds bitters in special spirits or herb liqueurs.
Spring Awakening contains bitter herbs such as artichokes and milk thistle with synergistic trace elements. It was rounded off with Coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E.
Recommended dosage:
Take 2 capsules with or after a meal, preferably in the evening. Take once daily.
