Description
Melissa officinalis, also known as lemon balm, forms the basis of these tablets in combination with melatonin. The natural formulation is perfect for daily use and also when travelling. Ideal before going to bed.
Recommended dose:
- Take 1 tablet as needed in the evening before going to bed with a large glass of water.
- To prevent jet lag, take 1 tablet before bed on the first day of travel and several days after arrival.
Hints:
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
