The spiny beards, reminiscent of corals, Hericium in Latin, are members of the order of the fungi. Translated, Hericium means hedgehog. The fruiting body can be described as fleshy to tough and spherical to elliptical in shape. Since spiny beards are wood dwellers, they are found from early summer to late autumn, exclusively on living trees or dead wood. In the wild, spiny beards are considered rare and should therefore not be collected. Hericium Extract Organic Capsules are concentrated polysaccharides, from the organic Hericium extract, with a good extra portion of vitamin C.

Recommended dosage:
Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with plenty of liquid in the morning and at noon with meals.
