The Double-Face Garshan Linen Glove included is ideal for a Garshan massage. The skin-friendly glove is made in Upper Austria and is perfect to remove dead skin cells and leaves the skin feeling supple and smooth.

How to use the Garshan Linen Gloves:
Can be used up to 4 minutes daily. If possible, massage with the whole hand, ie with the fingers, palms and ball of the hand.
The massage begins on the neck (omit the head and face).
Upper and lower arms, thighs and lower legs as well as the back are massaged with long, straight strokes. Move with gentle circular motions on the joints.
The chest area can be massaged in straight or circular strokes depending on your preference. The heart area is avoided.
The abdominal area is massaged in a clockwise circular motion. Begin at the bottom right above the hip.
After the massage you should finish with a 10-minute bath or a warm shower.
Important: always massage your arms and legs towards your body. Whenever possible, the massage should be carried out synchronously (e.g. on the outside of the right though with the right hand and on the outside of the left thigh with the left hand).

Notes on the Garshan Linen Glove:

• Can be hand washed in lukewarm water with a gentle soapy solution after purchase (before first use) and as needed.
• Wash at 30° C before first use.
