The slightly tart and fragrant blackberry leaves are used in many herbal teas to add flavor. Brambles play important role as an ecological refuge in the natural world.

Preparation:
For a wholesome tea, pour 1/4 L boiling water over 1 tsp. of tea. Cover and steep 3 to 5 minutes.
