Use the crystal salt chunks to prepare a brine. Put several salt crystals in a sealable glass and fill up with water until the crystals are covered. After about 45 minutes, a 26% brine has formed. Now the brine is ready to use and you can top up with water at any time until the crystal chunks have completely dissolved. The brine does not require any special storage and can be kept indefinitely.

Consumption recommendation:
If you drink this regularly in the morning after getting up, your body can maintain the positive vibration pattern of the crystal salt. The regularity is more important than the amount.
