Description
A true all-rounder in the kitchen! Rapunzel's organic hemp flour is not only rich in proteins and fibre, but is also an ideal source of omega-3 and contains minerals such as iron, zinc and magnesium. The slightly nutty-tasting hemp flour can be used ina variety of ways:
- In muesli, porridge and desserts
- For cooking and baking
- For refining dressings and sauces
- For thickening soups and sauces
- As a protein source in smoothies
Partially de-oiled hemp seeds sourced from European cultivation are carefully ground to make this flour. The flour is made from edible hemp and therefore has no intoxicating effects on the body.
Notes on use:
- In most recipes, you can replace up to 10% of grain flour with hemp flour.
- The recommended daily amount is a maximum of 15 grams (about 1.5 tablespoons).
- Hemp flour is not suitable for babies and small children.
