Description
Premium Red Camargue IGP rice is a high-quality natural product grown in southern France. The clay soils of the Camargue give the rice grains a wonderful nutty flavour with a delicate earthy finish - a speciality much appreciated by gourmets. The characteristic red colour is retained even after cooking while the firm, al dente texture is ideal for a variety of cuisines and dishes. Serve as a side dish or use as an ingredient in salads, fillings and more. Very flavourful and appetising - both visually and on the palate.
The manufacturer's instructions for preparation: For 250 g rice, bring 2 to 2.5 times the amount of water to the boil. Add the rice and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes over low heat with the lid on. Turn off the heat and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Note: Please add salt only after cooking.
