Sonnentor Organic Lemon Pepper, 70 g

This spice blend includes four types of pepper - black, green, white and pink - along with the essential oils and fruity acidity of lemon peel. It is finely spicy and goes very well with white meat, fish, grilled vegetables, spicy soups and stews. Cook for a few minutes for all the flavours to develop fully. The spice blend is vegan and does not contain added salt, garlic or yeast.

Note: Pink pepper is unrelated to true pepper. They are the berries of the Peruvian pepper tree (Schinus molle). They are not spicy and have a full-bodied, slightly sweet taste. They are also popular as a decorative spice because of their pretty pink colour.
