Do you love the fragrance of salty sea air permeated with the delicate aromas of algae? This natural sea salt from Italy will remind you of just that because it contains finely ground algae. It is a flavourful universal seasoning and can be used to cook, stew, braise and fry.
Note: This extraordinary salt is obtained from the evaporation of shallow seawater basins. The fine salt crystals are untreated and do not contain artificial additives. Natural algae powder is added after the salt is dried.
