Taifun Organic Tofu, 400 g

Classic, simple, delicious: this classic unflavoured tofu can be prepared in a variety of ways thanks to its neutral taste. It can be seasoned any way you like - hot, sour, sweet or spicy. The firm consistency is ideal for roasting. Tip: It goes very well with soy sauce!

Use: Before processing, dab it dry with a tea towel or kitchen paper or let it drain in a sieve for a while. It is best to use up the entire block of tofu at once. However, leftover tofu can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for up to 4 days by storing in a container and submerging it completely in water. Change the water once daily.
